What services do you offer?
We provide personalized training, group fitness classes and team workouts designed to help you reach your fitness goals no matter your fitness or experience level. Beginners welcome!
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
Yes, all personal training sessions and certain classes require advance booking.
What are your membership options?
We offer class passes, one-on-one and small group personal training options.
When does my class pass expire?
Class passes expire 3 month from the date of purchase. No exceptions.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open by appointment only or when class is in session. View the class schedule here.
Do you offer virtual training options?
Yes, we provide online personal training sessions.
What should I bring to my first session?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, clean shoes and water. We have all equipment necessary.
Are there age restrictions?
We welcome all ages! However, certain programs may have age requirements or restrictions. A signed waiver must be on file for every person in attendance and signed by a parent or guardian for anyone under age 18.
How do I cancel or reschedule a session?
You can cancel or reschedule by calling or emailing us at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not honor refunds on any purchases.
