  • What services do you offer?

    • We provide personalized training, group fitness classes and team workouts designed to help you reach your fitness goals no matter your fitness or experience level. Beginners welcome!

  • Do I need to schedule an appointment?

    • Yes, all personal training sessions and certain classes require advance booking.

  • What are your membership options?

    • We offer class passes, one-on-one and small group personal training options.

  • When does my class pass expire?

    • Class passes expire 3 month from the date of purchase. No exceptions.

  • What are your hours of operation?

  • Do you offer virtual training options?

    • Yes, we provide online personal training sessions.

  • What should I bring to my first session?

    • Wear comfortable workout clothes, clean shoes and water. We have all equipment necessary.

  • Are there age restrictions?

    • We welcome all ages! However, certain programs may have age requirements or restrictions. A signed waiver must be on file for every person in attendance and signed by a parent or guardian for anyone under age 18.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule a session?

    • You can cancel or reschedule by calling or emailing us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    • No. We do not honor refunds on any purchases.
